🚫 Returns & Sizing Policy
As all products are made to order, general returns or sizing-related returns are not accepted. Please double-check size charts before ordering.
❌ Cancellations
Product Orders
Orders can be edited or cancelled via the link in your confirmation email until they go into production.
Once in production, cancellations are no longer possible, but we’ll work with you if there’s a defect or issue.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to report any quality concerns.
Donations & Tips
Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Membership Subscriptions
Cancel anytime via your Billing page.
Your subscription remains active for the remainder of the current period. There are no partial refunds.
